 Ways To Deepen Your Meditations 

A talk by Brother Bhaktananda of Self-Realization Fellowship.  Brother Bhaktananda entered Paharmahansa Yogananda's ashram in 1939 and received his brahmacharya initiation into the ancient monastic Swami Order in 1948. He took his final vows of renunciation from Sri Daya Mata in 1955. He passed on in 2005. This is one of his last public talks.

 The Liberating Power of Affirmation. 

An informal talk by Brother Anandamoy of Self-Realization Fellowship Brother Anandamoy came to the United States from his native Switzerland in 1949 to study with architect Frank Lloyd Wright. He discovered yoga and meditation, joined Self-Realization Fellowship, and became a monk of the swami order in the early 1950's. Brother Anandamoy remains active in SRF as a speaker and adviser.
